How to Cram for Tests

Short on time?
There isn't really any "way" to cram for tests (because you should if studied -.-) but, if the time comes...

Step 1) Make sure you know what your topic is. If you don't know what's on the test, then you might as well forget about trying to study for it.

Step 2) Study the first 20% and the last 20% of the unit. This is the part of the unit that teachers tend to ask to most questions about.

Step 3) Ask a friend. Give your buddy a call and ask what they think is going to be on the test. (Hope that they studied, unlike you)

Step 4) Do not stay up too late the night before. You will end up forgetting everything you've studied so far. Try to get as much sleep as you can, as this can drastically improve your memory for the upcoming test.

How to Improve Your Work Ethic

First of all, I would like to say that if YOU want to improve YOUR work ethic YOU have to want it! Not anyone else! YOU!

The best angle to approach a problem is the "try-angle"

Step 1) Be on time! No boss likes someone who shows up late every day.

Step 2) Be a dependable person. If you say you will get it done, then get it done! If there is reason for delay, inform your supervisor ahead of time and state a reasonable time for the project to be finished.

Step 3) Be a productive team member. Don't be a hitchhiker and let your co-workers do a the work, do the work assigned to you and make sure you understand how to complete your task.

Step 4) Set high standards. Don't slack just because you can. Reach your potential! Strive to complete the task at hand with the best of your ability.

Step 5) Be respectful of time and/or resources while on the job. Stay focused;  save the chit chat with you co-workers until your break and never make personal phone calls/texts while working on any kind of project. They will distract you and you will lose your focus.
